Wedding Film: Valentina e Gianmarco
We met this young couple at Fattoria di Larniano, the beautiful village where filming began for their wedding reportage. Larniano is located near San Gimignano, a small fortified city halfway between Florence and Siena, famous for its architecture and for its beautiful medieval towers that make the city profile truly unique. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990, San Gimignano is one of the small pearls of the province of Siena. After filming the couple during the preparations, we headed to the Cathedral of San Gimignano, where the ceremony took place. Without a doubt we had the honor of recording this wedding film in one of the most fascinating and best-known monuments in the city.
Valentina arrived in front of the Duomo in a shiny vintage car accompanied by her brother. Her father accompanies her to the altar where Gianmarco is located, very excited, he was waiting there.
After the ceremony, together with the photographer Marco Vegni, we took a short walk for some shots and video footage through the streets of the center. Our wedding reportage continued in the nearby countryside with the backdrop of the magnificent towers and then again towards the Larniano farm, where friends and relatives waited for the newlyweds for the party.
Following the dinner, accompanied by toasts, laughter and dancing, until late at night. Special thanks to Valentina and Gianmarco for giving us the opportunity to tell about their wedding. An exciting day, but also a lot of fun, which reminded us once again why we love being videomakers for weddings.
