Wedding film: Carla e Guido
Church San Frediano, Villa Grabau – Lucca
Carla and Guido got married in Lucca in a romantic, gray day in late August. In the early afternoon, together with the SpazioAperto Fotografia team, we went to the couple to follow them from the first moments of preparation.
Our video shootings for the newlyweds began with Guido, who got ready at his parents’ house, while Carla in a delightful apartment a stone’s throw from the Church of San Frediano, one of the oldest churches in Lucca, where the ceremony took place. With its splendid 13th-century exterior mosaic and numerous works of art, the Basilica of San Frediano is one of the most fascinating Romanesque churches in all of Tuscany.
Upon leaving the apartment, a brief summer storm prevented Carla from walking to the Church with her father, but this did not upset the splendid bride. The video footage in the church begins with her: Carla made her entrance with her father, admired by everyone for her refined elegance. After the ceremony and the usual throwing of the rice, the spouses, hand in hand, walked through the streets of the historic center of Lucca, followed by our discreet cameras. Our wedding film continues in the famous Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, before getting on the Alfa Romeo Duetto and reaching the wonderful Villa Grabau, the location chosen to party the wedding. The filming done with the drone allowed us to capture the beauty of the location chosen by the couple.
Relatives and friends waited for the bride and the groom in the garden of the villa to toast and celebrate. The dinner took place in the Limonaia of Villa Grabau, in a welcoming and suggestive atmosphere, with elegant candlelit settings that gave a unique atmosphere to the shooting of this wedding video. The cutting of the cake, outside the Limonaia, was accompanied by the sparkle of the fireworks. Soon after, the bride and groom opened the dance and the guests went wild on the dance floor.
